Weekly trainings are posted on Team App. Paddlers should be at our venue at least 15 mn ahead to help with the equipments and to warm up

The locker is for the storage of our club paddles, club equipments and paddlers' valuable items during trainings. Personal paddles should not be stored in the locker permanently

Training duration can vary from 1h to 1.5h, paddlers should plan an extra 30 mn at the end of the session to help with the equipments

Distance during trainings can vary from 8 to15km along the East coast. Longer paddles (usually to Sentosa) are scheduled on ad hoc basis (weather permitted and depending on crews experience)

We adapt our training schedule after our monthly trial sessions to onboard new paddlers and when we prepare for races.
